CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Approx. ₹19,000 In-Hand)

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice support.
Provide prompt and qualified customer service.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Meet performance and productivity targets.

Graduate or Undergraduate.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
