Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate records of stock levels by performing regular stock audits and ensure stock accuracy through periodic cycle counts, movements, and replenishment requirements.
o Forecast inventory needs and ensure timely stock replenishment.
o Ensure that stock is stored in the appropriate location, organized, and easily accessible.
Stock Receiving & Issuing:
o Supervise the receiving of goods and verify that all deliveries match purchase orders.
o Ensure items are correctly tagged, stored, and documented.
Team Supervision & Training:
o Supervise store staff, including training them in proper store practices and safety protocols.
Safety & Cleanliness:
o Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and protected and implement security procedures to prevent theft or loss.
Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, stock levels,
and transactions.
o Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other performance metrics to senior management.
o Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and stored properly.
Compliance:
o Ensure that all store operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
o Handle any discrepancies or issues with suppliers or inventory in compliance with company policies.
Proven experience in a Store Incharge role
Robust knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems
Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
Proficient in using inventory software and MS Office
Ability to lift and move heavy items (if required)
