Job Description of SAP Support Lead

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
Certification in SAP PP module
Solid knowledge of SAP PP module and integration with other modules

Experience
4 – 5 years of experience in managing SAP End Users Support
Experience of working on SAP PP module preferably in Textile Industry

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and developers.
Coordinate with business units leads to identify SAP requirements and solutions.
Oversee the maintenance of SAP modules and projects.
Conduct regular team meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP team.
Monitor SAP system performance and implement improvements.




Develop and execute SAP training programs for team members and end-users.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners for SAP-related projects.

Skills
Knowledge of SAP PP module preferably in Textile Industry. Technical knowledge of PP module configuration will be added advantage.
Managing Support for End Users including issues tracking and resolution

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
