We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Junior Sales Engineer to join our JCB dealership sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of sales experience and a strong passion for construction equipment, heavy machinery, and commercial vehicles.

The selected candidate will receive structured training in JCB products, dealership sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development, while working closely with experienced Sales Managers and Team Leaders to build a successful career in equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell JCB construction equipment within the assigned territory.
Generate new business prospects through field visits, prospecting, and customer networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, fleet owners, rental companies, farmers, and industrial customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features, perks, and applications to prospective customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable JCB equipment solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support the sales process through to order closure.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain customer information, sales pipeline,



and activity reports using CRM and dealership systems.
Coordinate with Finance, Service, and Spare Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programmes.
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and JCB sales processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Experience Required
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
Experience in the commercial vehicle, automobile, construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or agricultural machinery sector will be preferred.
Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills and a solid passion for construction equipment sales may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
