Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Hosiery Industry

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in Hosiery/Garment Sales
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Officer with a background in hosiery or garment field sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel (100%) across assigned territories. The role requires regular market visits, retailer engagement, and field execution — carrying a trolley bag with hosiery samples for demonstrations and order taking.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively visit hosiery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers as per route plan
Demonstrate product samples (using company-provided trolley bag) and collect orders
Develop robust relationships with existing and potential customers
Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and issue resolution
Submit travel reports and customer feedback regularly





Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in hosiery/garment industry
Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
Physically fit and comfortable with daily field work and carrying trolley bag
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for reporting

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) + Travel Allowances + Incentives
