JD/Main Responsibilities:

1 Knowledge of parameters of site selection , Components of solar energy sysytem , installation of solar panel , Safety standards and work procedures

2 Knowledge of basic electrical wiring3Training students on : -
Assessing the installation site
Understanding the installation pre-requisites
Arranging for installation materials
Mounting and installing the panels at customers premises
Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation

Other Specifications:

1 To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .

2 Review training content & timely upgrade

3 Motivated the students for placement





4 Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP . Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested

5Monitor class attendance

6 Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches

7 Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles

8 Carryout the internal assessments

9 Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills ,Communication Skill,Behavioural skills

10 Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
