Job Title: Export Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage and coordinate our international export operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and communication with overseas customers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of export orders from order confirmation to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters.
Communicate with international customers regarding orders, shipment schedules, and documentation.
Follow up with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
Assist in preparing quotations, Proforma Invoices, and export-related reports.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in export operations (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling exports to the USA, UK, Europe, or the Middle East.
Knowledge of Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), and international trade procedures.
Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
