Job description:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided lead database.
Handle inbound admission inquiries professionally.
Explain course details, career opportunities, fee structure, and ongoing offers.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Convert qualified leads into admissions by achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/ERP system regularly.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English .
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
