Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's four-wheeler fleet.
Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
Coordinate with service centers, workshops, and vendors for timely repairs and servicing.
Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and operating expenses.
Track vehicle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing for repairs, spare parts, and maintenance services.
Implement best practices to improve fleet efficiency, reduce operational costs, and extend vehicle life.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in fleet management, automobile service, or transportation operations.
Robust knowledge of four-wheeler maintenance, servicing procedures, and vehicle diagnostics.
Understanding of vehicle documentation, insurance, permits, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple vehicles, vendors, and drivers efficiently.
Positive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal)
