Role & responsibilities
Responsible for CNC VMC programming, process planning and machining support for press tools, sheet metal tooling, jigs, fixtures and precision components while ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC VMC programs using available CAD models such as. STP &. IGES files.
Read engineering drawings and 3D models.
Select cutting tools, feeds, speeds and machining strategies.
Support machine setup, prove-out and first-off approval.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and coordinate with Quality.
Maintain CNC program and setup documentation.
Follow safety, 5S and preventive maintenance practices.
