About the Role

HanVolt Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer follow-ups and generate current business leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Follow up with existing customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.

⁠ ⁠Generate new leads through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.

⁠ ⁠Contact prospective customers and understand their packaging machine requirements.

⁠ ⁠Share product information, catalogues, and basic quotations with customers.

⁠ ⁠Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Excel or CRM.

⁠ ⁠Identify responsible buyers and coordinate their discussions with the senior sales team.

⁠ ⁠Regularly follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.

Candidate Requirements

⁠ ⁠Valuable Hindi communication and convincing skills.

⁠ ⁠Basic English communication.

⁠ ⁠Experience in IndiaMART, telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales is preferred.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email, and MS Excel.





⁠ ⁠Candidates should be confident, disciplined, and comfortable making regular sales calls.

⁠ ⁠Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
