Job Description

We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can strategize, visualize, plan, and spearhead digital marketing campaigns — both paid and organic. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Designer to execute high-performing campaigns and strengthen our digital presence.

This role demands someone who can take ownership, think strategically, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
Lead and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and other digital platforms
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive and Designer for campaign execution and creative delivery
Plan campaign visuals, messaging, and content direction aligned with brand goals
Optimize campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights
Drive SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing





Experience Requirement
2 – 4 Years Of Proven Experience In Digital Marketing
Must Have Hands-On Experience In Managing And Leading Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns (Paid + Organic)
Prior Experience In Coordinating With Creative Or Marketing Teams Is Highly Preferred

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Ability to plan and visualize campaign strategies and creative direction
Analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization
Excellent communication & coordination abilities
Strategic mindset with execution-driven approach
