Key Responsibilities:
Enter customer, inventory, sales, purchase, and vendor data into the ERP/software accurately.
Maintain daily records of stock movements, invoices, GRNs, and other operational documents.
Verify data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
Update product information, pricing, barcodes, and inventory details in the system.
Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.
Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
Coordinate with store, warehouse, accounts, and CRM teams for data verification.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform regular data backups and maintain proper documentation.
Support audit activities by providing accurate records.
Complete assigned data entry tasks within the required timelines.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications is preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or back-office operations.




Experience in retail industry is preferred.

Required Skills:
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of ERP software (preferred).
Solid attention to detail.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Valuable communication and coordination skills
