About the Company

We are a leading furniture and interior design company specializing in residential, commercial, and office interior solutions. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate recent business, meet prospective clients, and drive sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Visit potential customers, architects, builders, contractors, and businesses to generate leads.
Meet clients at their homes, offices, or project sites to understand their furniture and interior requirements.
Conduct site visits and explain the company's products and interior solutions.
Generate new business through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with the design team to arrange consultations and prepare project proposals.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates,



and customer records.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and industry events.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, real estate, home décor, or related industries is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler (preferred).
