Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the complete recruitment and hiring process
Sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews
Conducting onboarding and employee orientation
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Managing attendance, leave records, and HR policies
Supporting employee engagement and performance initiatives
Coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Assisting in implementing HR strategies and organizational policies
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Valuable understanding of HR practices and labor compliance
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools is preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
