Key Responsibilities
Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website.
Follow up with customers and update the CRM.
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements
Fluent in Malayalam with basic English communication.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, social media, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
