Position: Hospital Administration Faculty

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Hospital Administration Faculty to handle add-on courses at various colleges. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, industry-oriented training sessions for students.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classes in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management-related subjects
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials
Deliver interactive and practical learning sessions for students
Guide and mentor students in developing skilled and industry-relevant skills
Assess student performance and provide academic support when required

Qualifications & Skills
MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or PG diploma, equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and presentation skills




Solid knowledge of healthcare systems and hospital management practices
Previous teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage

Faculty may be required to travel to various college locations for conducting sessions
Locations include Ernakulam, Perinthalmanna, Vadakara, Calicut and Kasaragod
Candidates residing near these locations will be preferred

Salary
Salary based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
