? Qualification: Graduate in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field

? Key Responsibilities

? Drive motor insurance sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and channel partners.

? Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in Odisha.

? Handle renewals, endorsements, and ensure high retention rates.





? Provide end-to-end support to clients on motor insurance products and claims.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery.

? Keep up-to-date with motor insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities.

? Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

✅ Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 3 – 7 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory.

✔ Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process.

✔ Proven ability to build and manage dealer/agent relationships.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

✔ Existing network with dealers, brokers, or channel partners in Cuttack / Odisha is a plus.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
