What you'll own
Rather than managing individual channels, you'll own the business outcomes.
Consumer revenue growth
Subscription growth and renewals
App growth, engagement and retention.
Registration and activation.
Consumer lifecycle (CRM, Push, Email, WhatsApp)
Personalisation and recommendation engines.
Pricing, packaging and paywalls.
Experimentation and A/B testing
Consumer analytics, cohorts and LTVGrowth of Mint Portfolio and other consumer monetisation initiatives.
