Job Summary




The Manager Talent Acquisition & Academy will support the execution of recruitment strategies to meet the corporate hiring needs of aviation ground handling services. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment via Academy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Aviation operational hiring, robust sourcing capabilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Candidate would have Bulk & Corporate Aviation recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Execution & Process Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Source candidates through job portals, aviation institutes, referrals, and social media platforms.
Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and selection processes.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements including background checks and security clearances.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
