Key Responsibilities

Know tube mill operations, rolls, and welding processes
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
Train QC and QA supervisors, as well as skilled and unskilled manpower
Monitor and control quality across all stages of the production process
Provide guidance and support to team members for problem-solving and process improvements
Identify opportunities for process and product quality improvements and conduct rejection analysis
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain 5S practices at the workplace
Conduct daily inspections, testing, and process monitoring
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and work instructions
