Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Identify and reach out to prospective clients daily through personal network, referrals, cold calls, and market visits
Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with potential clients (individuals for B2C, businesses for B2B)
Understand client needs and pitch suitable life insurance plans accordingly
Explain policy terms, premium structures, and perks clearly to prospects
Follow up with leads at every stage of the sales cycle until closure
Update daily activity log with calls made, meetings held, and leads in pipeline
Submit a weekly pipeline report to the reporting manager
Assist clients with documentation and KYC formalities for closed policies
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely policy issuance
Attend daily/weekly review meetings to discuss targets, blockers, and strategy
