Role Description

Complete ownership of the mobile apps in Sales & Service function which will have Sales Force Automation Apps, Field Service Apps, Dealer & Retailer Apps, Distributor Management System, Influencer Loyalty Apps, etc.

Selecting right vendor partner for the end to end digital transformation and working hand in hand to execute the transformation plan.

Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure digital vision and driving alignment and progress.

Qualifications Required

3+ years of relevant experience in capacity of a digital product manager in an IT, FMCG, manufacturing setup.
B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from a leading engineering college (MBA from tier 1 campus is preferable).
Experience in working on consumer grade digital products, mobile apps, platforms (1 million + users).
Proven knowledge and understanding of Web/Mobile Technologies, Cloud based architectures, Connected Products (Telematics), Marketing Automation, Content Management, E-commerce, Chatbots, etc.
Robust Knowledge and understanding of web & mobile app development best practices.




In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Flutter.
Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, creating / grooming product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria.
Knowledge and understanding of at least one CRM platform salesforce.com preferred.
Extensive experience in design, development and management of at least one end-to-end CRM/SFA implementation.
Strong ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps, execute rapidly and being result driven.
Excellent communication skills with ability to push business and tech teams to drive innovation and build customer/user centric digital solutions.
Robust leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
