Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager / Senior Technical Product Manager to own complex, platform-level and enterprise product areas at Practo. This is not a traditional PM role - you will work at the intersection of product strategy and system design, partnering closely with engineering leads to define APIs, data models, integration architectures, and technical roadmaps. You will be the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams,



translating enterprise customer requirements into well-scoped technical specifications, and driving scalable solutions for our B2B and mobile app products.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product delivery for technical and platform product areas - APIs, integrations, SDKs, and backend services powering enterprise and mobile products
Write detailed technical PRDs and functional specs including API contracts, data schemas, system interaction diagrams, and edge case handling
Work directly with engineering architects and tech leads during system design; participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical trade-off discussions
Define and drive the integration roadmap for third-party systems - EMRs, LIS/RIS, insurance gateways, payment processors, and communication platforms
Own mobile app product areas (Android & iOS) for B2B users - clinic staff, hospital admins, doctors - ensuring high performance, offlin
