As a Cluster Manager, you will be the CEO of your region.
You'll lead multiple studios, inspire Studio Managers, drive business performance, elevate customer experiences, and ensure every studio operates at world-class standards.
This role combines commercial leadership, operational excellence, people development, and strategic thinking.
You'll partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable systems,



develop future leaders, and help shape the future of Aliens Tattoo.
