DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will be part of the Global Business Operations team, with a




particular focus on Retail Contact Center performance and decision support. This
position will have a direct role in shaping the data and reporting
infrastructure of the Retail Customer Care organisation. The role requires
understanding of data architecture, data engineering and advanced Tableau
skillsets to develop and own reporting for contact center performance metrics
and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and
managing data pipelines and tableau solutions to deliver effective analytical
and reporting capabilities. Work as Individual contributor with comprehensive
understanding of data architecture, Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) processes
and data visualisation best practices. Have full ownership of developing,
enhancing and maintaining data pipelines, Tableau Datasources and their
schedules along with strong understanding of database concepts and SQL/Snowflake
