We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets Trading and Risk Platforms to lead strategic initiatives across a global Capital Markets technology landscape.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with expertise in Calypso, Murex, or similar enterprise trading/risk management platforms, combined with strong engineering leadership, production support, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage teams supporting Capital Markets applications and platforms.
✅ Drive end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
✅ Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for trading and risk systems.
✅ Ensure production stability through proactive monitoring, incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement.
✅ Manage EOD processing, batch execution, scheduling,



and operational readiness using tools such as Control-M and AutoSys.
✅ Collaborate closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.
✅ Drive Agile delivery practices and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.
✅ Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability.
Required Skills

✔ 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets technology.
✔ Robust experience with Calypso, Murex, or similar Trading/Risk platforms.
✔ Hands-on expertise in Java and SQL (Oracle or similar databases).
✔ Experience in Production/Application Support environments.
✔ Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, RCA, and Production Stability.
✔ Experience managing EOD processing and batch support activities.
✔ Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Money Markets, or related asset classes.
✔ Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivery.
