Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and lead the production team to meet output targets efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembly line supervision, process improvement, and team management within an automotive or EV manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities





Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
Monitor assembly line operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain quality standards and coordinate with the QA team to address non-conformities.
Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and housekeeping practices.
Coordinate with maintenance and stores for smooth production flow.
Prepare and maintain production reports, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
