Responsibilities:-

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Maintain proper stock and inventory records of electric bikes and accessories.
Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
Generate invoices, maintain sales records, and update reports regularly.
Coordinate with service and backend teams for customer support and delivery processes.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.




Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required by management.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Oprations, Logistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail, automobile showroom, or store operations preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
Sales & Service coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in EV (Electric Vehicle) industry will be an added advantage.
