Overall Purpose of The Job

To provide administrative support to the team, helping to achieve the team’s objectives of continuously hiring above and beyond departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks





Creates candidates’ profile and uploads candidates’ documents in recruitment data base.
Updates agencies and recruitment events spreadsheets.
Answers crew queries, accommodates administrative tasks from Leisure department recruiters.
Creates job postings on V. crew portal.
Generates post links and QR codes for advertising. Creates post templates in Canva.
Advertises vacancies on social media and company websites, adhering to all brand standards set by V.Group.
Administers Leisure social media accounts.
Generates crew assessment tests’ links and reports for the candidates.
Performs any other reasonable duties requested by a member of Leisure department.

LIMITS OF AUTHORITY

Authority within the approved budget given by the general manager.
