Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS, with expertise in at least one of the following:
- Customs Management
- Compliance Management
- Preference Management
- Experience working on SAP GTS 11.0 or SAP GTS, Edition for SAP HANA (GTS E4H) across implementation and support projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP GTS business processes and standard functionalities.
- Experience in global implementation, rollout, or application support projects.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, and recommend SAP standard solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business users and technical teams to design and deliver SAP GTS solutions.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with development teams.
- Hands-on experience in solution testing, validation, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in a global, collaborative environment.
Positive to Have
- Functional knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP MM.
- Understanding of SAP GTS technical concepts and solution design.
- Experience in business process improvements, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
