Job Description




We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, allowing you to gain practical exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and other day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, initial candidate communications).
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support such as preparing HR-related documents, drafting memos, and handling correspondence.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g., process improvements, surveys, policy reviews).
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
