As a Senior Associate - Deals Advisory - Deals Strategy, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As a Senior Associate,
you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a fast-growing Strategy& practice within our Advisory Acceleration Centre. You will work closely with the UK team to support client engagements, contributing to the development of your own and your team’s technical and functional acumen. Your work will involve conducting rigorous analysis, producing client-ready outputs, and assisting with onboarding and training programs. This position offers a unique prospect to develop your skills within our Deals practice, helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
