Together with governments and local non-governmental organizations, we reach underserved women in remote, rural areas with programming that enables them to forge their own resilient pathways out of poverty for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Since 2013, TUIF has been empowering women in ultra-poverty who have faced discrimination, and social and economic isolation all their lives. Through our programs, they develop sustainable livelihoods and solid savings habits, strengthening their capacity, self-reliance,

Position Overview:

This position will be placed at the district level with the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) of Chhattisgarh and will work under the SPMU Lead. In addition, this position will have to work in close coordination with SPMU, DMMU and the selected block staff of the intervention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· The District Resource Person (DRP) will oversee the implementation of the program and assist the Bihan-CGSRLM implementation team at the district level.

· The DRP will provide technical support and build the capacity of the district and block implementation team and monitor the progress of the program at the district level.

· The DRP jointly with the Bihan-CGSRLM
