Job Description –Project Manager – Applied (Chillers)

Reporting To: Senior Project Manager – Applied Projects
Experience: 5–8 Years

Role Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the execution of multiple HVAC
and chiller projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery in line with
customer requirements, contractual commitments, and company objectives.



The role
will focus on project planning, coordination, schedule management, commercial
follow-up, and driving projects through defined toll gates from HOTO to closure.

The incumbent will work closely with customers, vendors, site teams, and
internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

* Manage HVAC/chiller old, ongoing and recent projects at different stages of
execution.
* Ensure projects are executed as per approved scope, schedule, budget, and
quality requirements.
* Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, factories, and
internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Track project milestones and drive closure of pending activities.

Schedule Management

* Prepare and maintain project schedules in coordination with customers and
internal stakeholders.
* Obtain customer approval for schedule baselines during HOTO.
