The purpose of the Senior Project Manager (AI Transformation) role is to work
together with SBG leaders and AI evangelists in HTCS to implement and adopt AI
tools across HTCS, and to lead a structured upskilling initiative that builds a
solid AI culture, defines and enables key AI roles, and delivers role-based AI
trainings across all job levels. The role partners closely with SBG Engineering
leaders, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate the AI
transformation roadmap into measurable business outcomes, sustainable operating
rhythms, and scaled change adoption.
