You will be expected to own the following areas at work
Functional Expertise
Develop & implement a talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the company's business goals and culture.
Defining hiring approach in consultation with the stakeholders to align on position requirements
Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, as
