Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, dedicated, and enthusiastic DPE (Physical Education Teacher) to join our CBSE school located near Morinda, Punjab. Freshers with a passion for sports, fitness, and student development are encouraged to apply. The candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, discipline, and overall well-being among students across all grades.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical education classes as per CBSE guidelines
Plan and organize sports activities, games, and fitness programs
Train students for inter-school competitions and events
Prepare students for Inter-House, Inter-School, CBSE Cluster/Zonal, National, and Punjab State-Level competitions (candidates with relevant experience will be given preference)
Promote teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle among students
Ensure safety and proper use of sports equipment during activities
Maintain a positive and disciplined workplace during physical activities
Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular planning

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) – mandatory
B.Ed.



(preferred as per CBSE norms)
Solid knowledge of sports, fitness techniques, and physical training
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of student safety and first aid

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply
Prior experience in school sports or coaching will be an added advantage
