An automobile cashier processes payments for vehicle sales, parts, and maintenance services. They act as the final point of contact, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Calculate, receive, and process payments for parts, service invoices, and vehicle purchases via cash, credit cards, or digital transfers.
Billing & Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash drawers, verify batch totals, and prepare deposits.
Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer billing questions, and assist in resolving complaints or directing customers to the appropriate department (e.g., service advisors or sales managers).
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of transactions, warranties, and service orders in the company’s dealership management system (DMS).
Clerical Support:



Assist with front desk duties, filing invoices, answering phone calls, and coordinating paperwork.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduction
Experience: Previous cashier or administrative experience, ideally within an automotive dealership or busy retail/service setting.
Skills: Solid basic math abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems or dealership software.
Soft Skills: Skilled appearance, friendly demeanour, and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
