Job Summary

G-TEC Education is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Student Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career-oriented courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about G-TEC courses and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable courses.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students until admission is completed.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding promotional campaigns and events.
Conduct campus visits, seminars, and educational awareness programs when required.
Assist students with admission procedures and documentation.




Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
Robust interpersonal and counselling skills
Good convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Experience in Educational Counselling, Sales, or Customer Relationship is preferred.
