At TruPahadi, we're building a next-generation millet food brand focused on clean, nutritious products for up-to-date families. We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our offline and B2B sales efforts and help scale our distribution across India.

Key Responsibilities
Build and expand TruPahadi's distributor and dealer network across key cities.
Drive sales in general trade, modern trade, and premium retail stores.
Develop partnerships with supermarkets, organic stores, gourmet stores, and pharmacies.
Onboard and manage institutional clients, including schools, corporate offices, hotels, cafés, and hospitals.
Identify and acquire recent B2B customers and strategic partners.
Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and sampling activities.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market expansion plans.

Requirements




2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food, beverages, or consumer products.
Strong network with distributors and retail partners is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for market visits and business development.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a quick-growing startup.
