B.E. Civil with 15 years or DCE with 20 years of experience—
a minimum of 5 -10 years of which must be hands-on site experience handling civil construction and Interior works in large construction companies, turnkey contractors, etc
This experience must include work execution, quantity measurement and Bill certification.
Experience in large, multi-storied commercial or hospital buildings of a minimum of five floors, including basement work.
Last 3 to 5 years of experience must include preparing the BOQ, floating tenders, Item rate analysis , Determining target prices & price negotiations.
Pay: ₹11,470.13 - ₹1,527,656.84 per month
