Job Summary

IIDA is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and vigilant Watchman/Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the organization's premises, employees, students, visitors, and assets. The candidate should maintain a secure setting by monitoring access, patrolling the premises, and responding promptly to any security concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and safeguard the organization's premises, buildings, and property.
Control the entry and exit of employees, students, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
Verify visitor identity and maintain the visitor register.
Conduct regular patrols around the campus and report any suspicious activities.
Ensure all gates, doors, and windows are properly secured.
Monitor CCTV systems (if applicable) and report any unusual incidents.




Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, or security breaches.
Assist during emergency evacuation procedures.
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
Coordinate with the Administration team regarding maintenance or safety concerns.
Ensure discipline and order within the campus.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
