Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Educational Tours & Visa Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our educational tours, international school trips, and visa consultancy services. The role involves generating leads from schools, colleges, parents, and students, while supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the education and travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centres to present our educational tour and visa assistance offerings.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with principals, coordinators, and institutional decision‑makers.
Counsel students and parents on available educational tours, travel options, and basic visa procedures (as per training and guidelines).
Manage enquiry follow‑ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and convert them into confirmed bookings.




Participate in education fairs, school events, and seminars to represent the company and generate leads.
Coordinate with operations team for itineraries, quotations, and final confirmations.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads generated, meetings done, and sales closed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any stream; preference for candidates with marketing/sales/commerce background.
1–3 years of experience in education, travel, hospitality, or related services.
Solid communication and presentation skills; comfortable addressing groups of students/teachers.
Basic understanding of international travel and visa concepts (training will be provided).
Good knowledge of local Chandigarh and nearby region’s schools and institutions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
