Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Help customers select products and answer their queries.
Ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.

Sales & Cash Handling
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Process cash, card, and digital payments.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Promote products, offers, and souvenir items to increase sales.

Merchandise Management
Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing inventory.
Ensure products are displayed attractively and neatly.

Store Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail outlet.
Ensure shelves, counters, and display areas are presentable at all times.
Follow safety and hygiene standards within the store.
Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
