Install and configure Photonic Systems products at customer locations, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Conduct site assessments and prepare necessary tools and equipment before installations. Liaise with customers to explain installation procedures, offer training on equipment usage, and address any inquiries.
Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols during installations and service visits.
Ensure that all installations are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.
