Job Description:
Lead architectural design and project development from concept to completion.
Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
Conduct site visits and resolve design or construction issues.
Present design proposals and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills:
Architectural design and planning
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other design software
Project management
Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Client and stakeholder management
Pay: ₹10,739.93 - ₹42,939.23 per month
