Must to Have
·2–5 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support.
· Experience handling IndiaMART or similar B2B marketplace enquiries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries from IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital channels.
Respond to leads promptly, understand requirements, and qualify potential customers.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
Prepare and share quotations, product details, brochures, and technical information.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
Follow up regularly with leads and track quotation status until closure.
Support the sales team in converting qualified enquiries into confirmed orders.
Handle customer queries and maintain solid customer relationships.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead MIS reports.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to monitor lead quality and campaign performance.
