· Develop and enhance learning programs and curriculum quality.
· Oversee staff development, mentorship, and performance.
· Drive cross-center initiatives and continuous process improvements.
· Manage student enrolments, budgets, and manpower planning.
· Ensure quality teaching, student well-being, and stakeholder engagement.
