Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Gather business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Analyze current business processes and recommend best practices.
Configure D365 F&O; Finance modules based on business requirements.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and process documentation.
Coordinate with technical consultants for customizations and integrations.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis.
Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
Provide post-production support and issue resolution.
Train end users and prepare user manuals.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
Multiple end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation projects.
Robust knowledge of Finance business processes.
Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping.
Experience preparing Functional Design Documents.
